Questions we get asked
How much does accreditation cost?
It depends on the size of your lab or hospital: the number of departments, tests and sites. After your free consultation, we share the full price up front, with internal audits included at no extra cost.
How long does it take?
Most labs are ready for assessment in about 90 days, from the gap analysis to the assessment visit. Your free roadmap sets out your exact timeline.
Do you help hospitals with NABH?
Yes. We take hospitals and healthcare providers through NABH accreditation, entry level and full, with the same method: gap analysis, training, documents and a mock assessment.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Our experts visit your lab or hospital for key stages such as the gap analysis and the internal audit, and support you remotely in between. Training runs as live online sessions.
Do we still need our own quality manager?
Yes. The standards expect a named quality manager in your organisation. We train and support that person, and a dedicated Quality Manager from our team stands beside you during audits.
What happens if the assessor finds non-conformities?
We help you write the corrective actions, gather the evidence and close every non-conformity, so nothing holds up your accreditation.
