✅ Eligibility & Selection Criteria to Become a NABL Assessor
To be selected as a NABL auditor, you must meet the following criteria:
📅 Age:
- Between 38 to 55 years
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or
- Master’s degree in Science
- For Medical Testing: Postgraduate in relevant medical fields or Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline
🧠 Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years in the relevant field
- At least 5 years at a supervisory level
- For medical labs: 10 years in clinical diagnostics, 5+ years in supervisory role
- For PT/Reference Materials: Experience in analysis and trained in ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 15189
🌟 Additional Qualities Considered:
- Hands-on testing/calibration experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Experience in lab management systems
- Publication of technical papers, participation in PT/EQA programs, or contribution to standards
